Im trying to figure out how to stop the encoding from creating "/" before each quotation mark. Once I do that, that's a really good idea for redirecting to a malicious php doc.

I don't think it's easy to inject the 'cheat' site onto Neopets itself as it still requires malicious code. Neopets blocked most of them.

Actually I'm not gonna do it because neopets may somehow patch it, instead I'll wait for someone to use it to make a cheat site on neo and mail it to tnt. I might do it if I have the time
