Alright, so you know how there are some things such as the Giant Jelly that you visit once daily? And when you do and try to go again it says "only once per day"? When does that reset? At midnight NST? 24 hours later? This is kind of important, I need to know this for the app I'm currently working on. Thanks!

Pretty sure at midnight NST

But don't rely soley on my word as I'm no expert at neopets. It's only scratch cards that you have to wait exactly 6/8 hours to buy another one

so I could go at 11:59pm and again at 12:01am if I really wanted to? lol

Perhaps you should test that..

Everything resets at exactly 12 am NST. If you've ever been online and rs legit and rfed at 12 am NST youd know cause it lags for like 20 seconds cause its trying to reset everything at once lol.
