Half empty if you look at something in a negative way, half full if you look through a positive light.

Having a bit of positivity never hurts. Unless you are ridiculous like Andy Torres who hear reggae in his head.

Half empty if you started out with a full glass and emptied half.

Half full if you started out with an empty glass and filled half.

If given a glass that is halfway filled/emptied, I would require further information before giving my opinion :)

Half filled with water, the other half with air.
Hence, totally full.

It's neither, it's not half-empty nor half-full. It's just half.

half empty. If you say "full" you can only get less. If you say "empty" you can get both

And this thread needs a poll

Always entirely full. Even when it seems bad to you, that's just because you're not wise enough to understand how it fits.

time to finish off.

If it started out full and it's now at the halfway point then it is half-empty. If it started out empty and is now at the halfway point then it is half-full.

I auctually think it's generally Half Empty for most of humanity... if we get a 90% on a test, we don't look at the ones we get right, we look at he 10% we got wrong and beat ourselves up from there

Yea but it goes back to how you look at things. Weather you realize and acknowledge the good, or only see the negatives
