Someone at TNT finally found theirs.

Premium members are final beta testing The new pin system. You can now add a pin number to your account that will not allow you to do any of the following without it.

Withdraw from bank
Withdraw from sdb
Unequip BD Items
Pound your pet.
remove items from shop

Kinda makes stealing an account useless........

Well, I'm sure that there'll be a program where you fill in 5 random pins, or it generates 5 random ones, and tries them out :D

But a keylogger would still get the PINS. Good way to prevent Cgers though

Just pray they wont make it as the same way asia soft's pin. You know.. you have to click instead of entering, and the number randomly appear.

What Neopets need is some form of IPSecurity if they really want a good security. I mean this by players and admins. They could turn it off and on. it would work like Neocodex (though this suggestion is older then Neocodex itself.)

To be honest, I'm far more concerned about TNT taking my account from me than one of the millions of users on the site. <_<

Having to enter passwords all the time would get immensely annoying.

its IS annoying and I refuse to do it. If they want my account bad enough someone will figure out a way to bypass it.

As stated above, keyloggers can easily access these, but yeah, cookiegrabbers are done.
But I talked to chase, and him and infy and all other main cgers were done anyway...so its kinda pointles..
