Once some jam spilt onto my keyboard, I had a few stiff buttons and to solve that I just pressed them repetitively for a few minutes. They were working fine afterwards. If your m,n,u, and space key are like that then do the same. If not then buy a better keyboard but explain what happened to your dad.
He'd be proud of you for both admitting your actions and being responsible enough to replace what you damaged.

same thing happened to me but with vinegar(I was eating raw tuna marinated in ginger,onion,vinegar,etc...) being spilled on my keyboard.
First, I flipped my KB over the sink to remove the vinegar.
Next, I took hairdryer to evaporate the liquid while it is still flipped.
After testing, I kept on jamming the buttons that were'nt functioning properly.
I took the buttons out then wiped everything clean with a damp cloth.
Then, I wiped it out with dry cloth.
    Returned everything back....
    :D

Technicahlly its a rule. You said to stay on topic or you would advise me to leave, thats a rule. lonub.

    The term advise means:

    To offer advice to; counsel.
    To recommend; suggest: advised patience.
    Usage Problem. To inform; notify.

    Keyword: Suggest.

I am not saying stay on topic or leave. I am saying stay on topic, or I would like you to leave, meaning I am asking if you will.

    Exactly.

You are telling me that if I do not stay on topic you will advise me to leave. That is a rule.

    Settle down you two xD

Your keyboard is good to go. Gently remove the keys and clean them. make sure everythings dry before you put it back together. My friends drunk sister spilt rum and coke all over their keyboard and tower and both suffered no damage apart from removable stickiness.
