After reading this thread, I have come to the conclusion that neopets used to be kinda cool.

Neopets used to own badly. You could have conversations with staff. Staff response time was amazing compared to now. Premium didn't exist so all people were treatly nearly equally.

- Having an account almost 4 years old.
- Learning about neopets and signing up after being referred by my cousin (female) who was a moderator for the site for a certain period of time. (2000's)
- When you could get red/blue/green/yellow paintbrushs for 4k
- When ads didn't exist.
- When you could log in from the sidebar.

....... finding a mutant chia transmogrification potion, and using it on my very first neopet; a wocky; not knowing what it did, and then hating it. XD

.. When I started playing neopets in the late 1999
.. When there was no game-play limit.
.. When I earned almost a billion with my friends and then quit the game somehow.
.. When freezing was a shame and was so rare to happen.
.. When Viacom bought Neopets and Adam is no longer the official owner.

I remember when H4K Helmet was called a Hypno Helmet. I rememebr when Hypno Helmet was onli 2 np. I remember when a Jade SS was only 2 mill. I remember when morphing potions were worth nothing. I remember when the best weapons for their price were attack fork, wand of the air faerie, and grand lightning beam.
