I thought this site is really cool cause you type in your street address or whatever then it tells you how much your house is worth.

http://www.zillow.co...ucky/Jefferson/

My house is only worth $131,000 USD. :( I doubt it's right, though. It says my neighbors house is only worth $145,000, and it's selling for 200,000. ;)

Either this site is very wrong, or we have a lot of people with rich parents on here.
Most homes are not worth over 100k. Actually, the better part of the population lives in homes worth 60k or less.

My house is apparently worth $214,174..

We're not rich, either. It's all a matter of location.. we live in Dexter, Michigan.. a large amount of homes in this area are really high priced. We also happen to live almost right in the center of town, right next to the downtown area.. so it's prime real estate.

Funny.. the worth dropped like a rock (From around $275,000) right around when ownership got passed onto my dad (My grandpa left the house to us after he died.. we've been living here the last 10 years or so though, mainly taking care of him.)

Not for me. Houses around my neighborhood sell for about 190K+ and it's saying my house is only 150K. Plus, my house is the second biggest on the street.

    ...lol where u live?DA GHETTO?
rite now i live in toronto and the average house is supposed to be just over 200k cdn.i live in a condominium and i think the mortage is around....$180-200k..give or take a thousand but with my mom's kitchen, bathrooms, new carpeting renovations,it should cost around 30-50k more.

My house isn't in there, but it's worth about 300k+
And if this house was in cali or new york, it'd be worth about 1.5 million. :p
