A new gang has reered its head they drive around with no lights on and the first person to blink @ them they follow and destroy their car and sometimes kill the ppl. My sister just told me this after she heard it from her drivers ed. teacher who's best friends with a cop. I don't know where they all are but they're all over Long Island don't know anywhere else.
