neopets now knows me as an individual they left me some notes on the frozen page:

ip = 'hidden' XD i feel special

IP gone and all I did was create an account and it was frozen over night and they IP banned me XD

Nothing special, you don't even have to use programs to get ip banned on there.

Well I found a proxy I could use from hidemyass.com but the first one on their list :65.23.98.53 didn't allow me to neo so i didn't use it

Wait a couple of days, weeks maybe. Or you can just go to a library or something and make an account on there computers.

it freezes any accounts accessed by that IP I found my way around but I did supply in an above post a proxy that did NOT let u go to neopets

try http://hide.easydonkey.net. I think it should let you make an account and login etc

Where did it say that? I looked in the page source but nothing similar to that was there. I wanted to see if I got any side notes

Cant belive im up at 11:05 at night when tomm is saturday grr stupid b-ball game im watching well hope u have good luck with a band acc it wont be easy keeping a acc alive with the proxy.
