I suck at cooking. I can cook stuff like cheese sauce and pasta but it's not too hard. I always mess up with recipes that include using eggs because i can't crack the damn things properly. Once i found some eggshell in a cake i had baked xD.
Nowadays it's beans on toast all the way, quick and easy to cook not to mention it fills you up too.

I go mad when I cook. My finest meal to date is a beer chicken. It totally ruled. However my worst creation was eggs that I just threw random spices into

Ok stuff I can cook. Well, I can do anything that all you have to do is put it in the oven on so and so degrees and wait X amount of minutes. Other then that, I can cook pancakes, eggs, grits, macaroni and cheese (casserole style), rice, noodles, and pop tarts if those count :p ..

I cannot cook to save my life. I wish I can to be honest, as I am sick to death of having to go on family holidays.

I mean, I am seventeen and cannot even cook beans on toast properly. Uh.

I can cook pretty well. I wanted to be a cook later in life, but that goal kinda fell through. But it's good habbits, especially when you live on your own. Though I haven't cooked much besides fajitas yesterday, because I've become addicted to those mini pizzas. :p

Give it to me, I will cook it. I mean, has anyone else here ever cooked a turtle? And were the turtles alive when you got them?

I do have training as a chef, and, perhaps, will be taking more come September. Though I might just go into a CPA course.

Lol! I could totally see you as a chef. Turtles huh? Tough stuff.

Personally I think I can't cook, but when I do cook, I'm apprently pretty good. I need to shape up for uni, otherwise I'll be eating pizza every day >_<

    Orly?

Did they... er wriggle even when you chopped them up? Nervous system and all that. I know my Cousin the Crab Killer, used to kill live crab for dinner... and the nerves were still intact, so you'd see all these crab parts... moving. And the pincers would try and pinch you :(

You let them sit for a bit, but turtles are pretty still.

About a foot wide. Snapping turtle. The head will bite, but the body stays there (technically they crawl away, but the trick is to cut off the head, then flip the body)

I see. What did it end up as? Soup? And what's the meat like? Tough, or tender?
