Well, Wordlords are usually not good.. and they cause a lot of trouble.. .. But you seem nice enough from what I've seen of you..Just let your attitude outshine your username

Leave it as it is, it's memorable.
Unfortunately, the clashing colours in your signature are also very memorable. *Whispers* Bluemakesredunhappy! And yes, I shouldn't be bringing graphics into general chat, so I apologise for the dig.

I only ask as I am trying to troubleshoot why I never make private this past year

if the name is putting people off then I will change it

Oh, heck, it won't be anything to do with your name. It's more likely to be activity and general contribution, same as everyone else.

Basically, you have to understand that there's no simple way out - the private members are picky for a reason and if they don't feel that they see you enough around the boards, then that's what they feel. All you can do is be nice and friendly and active until the next application; doing something easy like changing your name isn't going to help. Actually, it might make things worse if people don't realise who you are.

I always thought I was active enough yet I still don't get in, I'm always trying to be friendly on the boards as well, so I wonder what other factors are stopping me. If its people not knowing me then add me to msn to say hi (no more orgy chats )

That used to be my gamertag a LOOOOOOOOONG time ago, when I was playing Command and Conquer Renegade. I was quite good I might add. There is plenty of names on codex that are more scary then yours. I dont think you are scaring anybody, I think you are fine.

I wouldn't change the username if I were you; the signature and avatar like someone else said are scarier than your username (and need to be changed! =P).
