Press the [+|-] buttons just underneath where it says when that member joined

I agree with Ali. Hydro will soon reset them, as soon as he certifies a lot of the test-area programs. The rep is being horrribley abused.

But it won't matter...we'll probably get rid of rep all together when we switch to vB...It's a shame, I've always quite liked rep if only people would use it in the right way.

We'll haver rep on vB. But it'll work different and you can't see who's given it ortaken it from you. That means less retaliation rep.
