I need help with neocodex checks v3. I have installed the cpad and all the .ocx files needed for it to run. When i opened neocodex checks v3, I logged in and clicked on send and it says verifying program, after that nothing appeared on my screen.

have you allowed the program access to the internet - if you've got a firewall, or unusual router configuration - check those out

I did allow to access the internet, i am using macfee security center

i'm assuming you've read my FAQ and followed all the entries

if so, there is one last thing at the end (reguaring collecting debug logs)

follow those, and PM me your debug logs, you may need to send the data in multiple PM's

Addition, can i actually see a screen shot of where it's stuck as well

I am not sure how to do that, but i have another question. I have extracted the auto refresher 0.3.0 to my folder, when i opened the file, it says run time error "53" file not found
