No tutorials for making programs that aren't insanely basic. Try looking through the snipper section for commented source, prefferably a simple program such as an autoplayer.
Also try SeanGreasley.com for online tutorials. Non-neopet programs but very helpful and great for beginers.

Sean Greasley has, I am afraid become a money whore. Yes, he is greedy and making people pay for his best tutorials
You should try NeoCodex's vast range of Programming Tutorials

Sean is pretty greedy, I'm using his basic c ones but they're certainly very different to codex, cant help you solve errors etc.

Sean Greasley thinks he looks 'rad' in that picture of him on his site, but really he's just a geek with a horrible voice! No, I will not stop complaining about his accent!
If you want an intorduction to Neopets programming, I'd recommend you download and watch Alias's two video tutorials. Just search for them.

Well, you probably have to learn some new things to programming first just before finding a tutorial on making an autobuyer. It also depends what language you will be using. We have a bunch of tutorials here at Codex on a lot of languages.
Good luck, and maybe one day you could make an autobuyer for Codex.

you might wanna learn the basics first, as with any other program...

It would be fun to write a tutorial excactly on how to make a basic mAB, but if I did so many people would be making them and it would be insane
I suggest you learn some of the below things:
- Winsock or learn to use a HTTPWrapper
- Functions such as Instr, Mid, Left, Right etc.
- How to download an image
- How to read the pixels of that image
- How a header works (GET/POST requests)
