    • 1 Domain Hosted
    • 100 MB Data Storage
    • 3 GB Data Transfer
    • PHP, Perl/CGI-BIN
    • 5 Subdomains
    • 1 MySQL Database
    • 5 MB MySQL Space
    • FTP Access
    • POP3/IMAP E-mail (No SMTP)
    • 24/7 Technical Support
    • Small Banner Ad

    That's from 100webspace.com, i doubt you'll find a free host which will give you 3 sql databases though... (but if you do, tell me too :p)

    Zeeblo has some neat plans. You must get the Starter Package and then ask for an upgrade (which they always give)
    Starter->Basic->Advanced->Professional
    Webspace->50->100->150->200
    Bandwith->2gb->3b->4gb->5gb
    MySQL->1->5->10->15

    Zeeblo.com
    You dont have to have a post requirement, just join and request an account.

    http://www.hostingzero.com/hosting.php

    Read what you get and be amazed. The only catch is that you need proof that you actually use that much space and bandwidth in a previous hosting account.
