Well I have been gone off the "neo market" for some time.

When i first left, there was a newly instated rule not allowing members under 3 months to see r99 items in the main shops.

Is this still am effective rule?

If so, is buying accounts allowed on NC?

You cant buy the account on here but you sure as hell can ask for a spare 3monther that someone might have. Then take it from there OFF codex.

And yes it is still in effect. I believe it changed:

Newbie-3weeks- r89 and under
1month- r90
2month- r90-r95
3month- r90-r99
4month- Everything (including adopting pets)

Ofcourse wit hthe additon of all under r90 items to the 1-4months

You cant adopt certain pets?

If the pet is over level 1 or painted you can't adopt it unless your account is over 4 months old

The rule is still in effect but its not allowed to buy/sell at neocodex
I dont think they will ever change it back, because even if they see they regret it, they still wont change it...

So as the font rule... fonts were so awsome...

I'd like a 4+ month account as well. I quit for a while and sold my neopets account, with the lab ray might I add, for cartoon orbit points to make my little brother rich on there. Turns out, that guy ripped me off big time. xP
