Some people on boards say you have to reffer people to neopets mobile to get a bead... that sucks...

I can't blame NeoPets for making a deal with Cingular, as that is how the business stays alive and Cingular is a big company, but this has little practicality to it. Honestly, do people with Cingular phones really care about Lutari Island? I don't.

What did you mean by war? I havn't seen any news release of a war... I think I'm misunderstanding something...

Half/more than half of their big server-wide events are mostly wars/BD events :x

Maybe the BD chat doesn't want to have another BD-type event, or would rather like it to be a BD-type event..

The BD Chat has been furious about this talisman @_@ Myself including. Its a stupid idea and us BD Chatters who know 10x more about fairplay then neo does know its a stupid idea...

There seems to be quite a few of them in trades, so they aren't 'no trade', just search bead and do containing phrase and it comes up with heaps. but each colour seems to have a heap of different types.

that worked this time, i tried it around the time i asked and came up with nothing, the shop wiz didn't recognise the word, guess they weren't activated as items yet

It's not a plot. You have to refer people to the neopets mobile thing and you will get beads to put on your Lutari talisman.
