Eh I've got everything under the sun, last name fish. There is not a related or even vaguely related insulting nickname I haven't heard. I would list some of them...but I so can't be arsed o-o.

Edit: Okay, I forgot my first name related ones. Michie, Mich, Mishka (pronounced like that, God knows how it's spelt Polish), Kylie, pussycat, Michiekins, Lubbahubkin (!?), Michelle and Michael by some egits () and then there's Micky and Mick and all those sorts of things.
