To clear up for poeple that might not know what to do. Stare at the black cross and don't move your eyes. you will notice the dot that is missing becomes a greenish color, inverted. Watch the cross longer and the dots after the green dot will seem to disapear, untill there is only one moving dot and a cross. Move your eyes to see and they will all reapear.

your brain is focusing on the black but yet you see the pink dots witch confuses your brain and when something changes it turns green

It's real. Pasting it into paste makes it lose the animation of the green dot going around

unless it was meant for the green dots, it's because it's animation that way and not of your eyes, still not look at the black at the center i still see the green dots? =)
