I don't think you want to paint the car yourself 
some major mechanic shops do paint jobs and some times even do custom designs but it'll cost more. 
So ya get some parts from eBay(try to install it yourself otherwise bring it to a mechanic) and go to a good mechanic for a paint job

Nice topic name... and I wouldn't use the internet. Go to a car store or something and ask for all that stuff. If you want once you know everything you need then go look it up on the net. you might get some good deals.

Just look in the yellow pages for the car stereo shop, every fair sized town has some shop that specializes in car stereos/accessories
the other stuff can probably be found in the yellow pages as well.

Best bet is to send your Dodge Infinite to MTV's Pimp My Ride. They tend to spend 50-60G's on a car when the owners don't even know the difference between hubcaps and rims.

It seems like everybody is getting a car lately. Go to your local Walmart or Auto store. They should have a small selection of paints for you to purchase. Don't buy regular spray paint, that stuff doesn't work well on cars.
As for designs for your car, what kind of design do you want? Something custom or a stencil that you can cut out and paint?
About the stereo system, buy something decent. Get some subwoofers if you want your music to be really loud. I would suggest speakers that have a really good bass.
