Anyone think he will be awesome next year. After the all star break he was getting 30 points 10 rebounds almost every game. I think he will average 25pts 11rbs and 2blks a game. Mcgrady will probably get 27-28. I think this year they will definetely get past the first round. They still need some more pieces to be a championship team. I really wish they wouldnt have traded Rudy Gay tho. I kinda hope hes a bust so we would get a good trade in return.

He is no good. The only reason he is alright is because of his height. He also has a bad team. I know he has T-mac and Steve Francis (I think o.o) but they just dont work together. He will score 12-14 points per game.

Yao is pretty decent I think. Hes taller than Shaq and can shoot better. He just needs to bulk up so he can play as aggro and physical like shaq in the paint.

Don't know much bout Houston but I know they sucked cuz they didnt make the playoffs so they should just build their team around Macgrady and Yao or just trade em off since it ain't workin. And I know 4sure Francis ain't on that team anymore cuz I remember they traded Francis for Macgrady. Dont know where he is now though.

Everybody can shoot better then Shaq. But Yao has no inside skills. He cen't dominate shit down low. All he does is try to get lucky and jump and try to hit it off the glass. Shaq can back people down better then everyone. Also Shaq's career average is about 23 or 24 I believe. It means Steve is on the Magic if they traded him for Tracy Mcgrady.

Ye so if Yao can getted buffed up to like atleast 350lbs and look like a Chinese tank, he'd be better than Shaq cuz he would be able to be aggro and physical as Shaq in the paint and since he's taller he'd get more boards and still have a outside shot.

Just like Bosh-if Bosh can get more buff he'd b crazy since he has a dam good shot. He gonna be a better KG.

LMAO steve francis got traded for tmac! And 12-14 a game?! Have you actually seen basketball in the past few years. After the all star break Yao averaged 25.7 points and 11.6 rebounds per game, while shooting 53.7 % from the field and 87.8 % at the free throw line. Man francis was sent to the magic then to the knicks. Yao will easily be the best center next year, and yes that includes shaq

WOW no one here really watches basketball huh? They didnt make the playoffs because when Yao wasnt injured mcgrady was. And when mcgrady was healthy yao wasnt. The only played like a few games together but they were like 13 wins-6 losses when they were together and both of them were injured. There was a time when both of them were injured for like a few weeks. And how is it not working. Yao last year still kinda sucked until this year and they got 53 wins. With the new yao and a healthy tmac we can easily make 55+win

Hold on, let me check Yao's stats. 17 points per game career average. Does it matter what last year's stat's were? Did I say that it was last year that he would get 12-14 points per game? NO. I said next year I think he will get about that many points per game. So don't get an attitude, and if your going to make an argument, back it up on the facts that i said. Shaq is balls, I never said he was good. Again, read the facts before you make stupid ass comments.

yao ming is not big enough to be a dominant player. he is height wise but hes too lanky. if he gained some weight hed be a force t'mac is still in his prime but hes being plagued with injuries. steve francis is with the knicks. rockets might make it to playoffs , thats a big if. and even if they do makes playoffs wont make it past first round.

    Kg isn't overrated
hes the only player after moses malone to be drafted out of high school and win MVp

Yeah I know he used to be "soft" But after the all star break I seen every rockets game he played and he was dominant. I dont know if u seen him play after the all star. The reason was because his toe was slowings him down. And he can make his free throws so as long as he gets to the line he will make most of them because he was shooting 87 percent free throw percentage. Thats up there with steve nash and ray allen, arguably some of the best shooters in the league.

hes got terrible feet . hes way too clumsy. if his weight could go with his size then he could do a lot better. being able to shoot freethrows doesnt make you a good shooter. i've never seen yao hit a three or even medium range for that matter. he has potential, but hes not a star.
