Leg press = pussy
Squating is hard. Its a mans lift. I can press about 1,000 but can only squat with free weights about 375///
Oh, and I have the highest PI percentage at my school. 5.5......
So yea. Football makes you strong.
I sqaut. I really hurt my knees doing to wrong then I learned. I power clean too.

I wish my school had a better gym. I do the maximum on leg presses with our current equipment and I think I could do a fair bit more.
Record for benchpress at our school is 410 I think.
I wish my school had a gym. We only have a pool. And by we I mean the school uses the city pool often

No one honestly believes you. I posted mine knowing that.
BUT, you could increase your chance by lieing a bit. By actually knowing what your talking about. No serious lifter would brag about their "leg press". That is a Machine. Your maxes on lifts are known for free weights. Not machines. SQUATING is a core lift. Here is the list
Bench Press
Squats
Power Cleans
Dead Lifts/ RDL's
Don't be dumb. Please know what you talking about. Especially if you lieing. It makes it more believeable.

*wonders how full of crap some of these people posting their bench are*
LOL. Agreed.
Im 16 years old, i weight 160. and i bench 265.... 200 is nothing
Nothing? Dude, you're saying that based on what? Even people in your weight group usually can only bench 140-160 in average. People who can bench more than 200 in the 120-130 pound group are the craziest of them all.
Lol yea.
I mean EVERYONE on the varsity team at my school atleast hits 200.
We have guys hitting 350-400
Really? Because I happened to live near the best team in the nation, and not all of them hits 200 lbs or more. Though all of them are really good in leg strength.

I doubt he did that raw. Theres some things called "bench press shirts" or something like that. They increase your bench by a big percentage. Im 5'11 190 pounds. My bench press inst that impressive. Its at 275. My leg press neither I dont know what it is but I put 7 45 weights plates on each side for my max. I think where Im strong at is curling. I can do 65 pound dumbells on each hand 10 times preety easily
Oh yeah and Im not in football or anything. I dont even work out good. I workout like once every 2 weeks. I could be a lot stronger but I dont take none of them protein or creatine shakes
Honestly dude, you maxes dont even add up. 65 pound DB curls? Give me a mother barking break. If you only maxing 275 then you ARE NOT doing that. No excuses. There is NO WAY. Curling is one of my strong points and I dont do anything NEAR that. Aaron Furrios The strongest guy at my school does not do that. 65 DBs are alot. Trust me. You are lieing or mistaken. And are you mentally challenged? Im sure your not. So dont think that a lifting organisation is going to allow a "special shirt" for breaking records. Use your head.
Really? Because I happened to live near the best team in the nation, and not all of them hits 200 lbs or more. Though all of them are really good in leg strength.
Best team in the nation huh?
Which would be???????
I assure you, in order to be on varsity you have to either be in the 800 pound club or have a 4.5 PI. So yea. I dont know what school you go to, but I think your full of shit.

The school is located in South Lake, Texas. They were on ESPN 2, playing against Denton Ryan. Anyways, I haven't gone to school or kept up for a while, but that's last I heard from a friend whos still in 11th grade over in a town near South Lake.

Then again I am not a serious lifter. Just complaining about the lack of good equipment at my school.
