1008 pounds!

... what in the world? And I thought 200 was pretty insane.

I don't really like heavy benchpressers, though, because most of them don't look good, physically. A lot of them are fat, old men with short arms. dry.gif

Now, if these people looked more like Arnold, I would be impressed.

There arms and fingers shrink from muscle..

200 pounds is not alot.. trainers say if you weight 200 pounds and bench 200 pounds, then your in pretty good shape..

I think our record is 450 at our school. But that guy was a machine =P

I'm not too strong myself, I tend to focus more on my legs, instead of my chest. I can max around 250 on a bench, but Leg Press =) I'm moving up to 1,000 =D

I wish my school had a better gym. I do the maximum on leg presses with our current equipment and I think I could do a fair bit more. :/

Record for benchpress at our school is 410 I think.

Wow. Now I think I know why my school's football team sucks. I doubt all of them can bench 150. dry.gif

We do have a 6'5" guy, though. tongue.gif

I did 14 reps on 300 for my leg press. I never tried anymore. :/

Eh, I'm 6'4" And I'm talking about Maxing. Meaning I can do 1000 One time and then I try to stand up, my knees collapse, and I end up doing crunches or dips for the next half hour =P

Basically for the DDR players, imagine playing Max 300 on heavy, for about 15 minutes. That's what my legs feel like after doing 1,000 =P

I tend to rep around 600, but I really don't leg press as much. To be honest, I'm trying to lose weight, so all I really do now is jump rope and running with my Cross-Country friends =P

Anybody who can bench over 1000 pounds is barking insane.

My current weight/benchpress is 185/250, anyways. So I'm in pretty good shape.

    Leg press = pussy

Squating is hard. Its a mans lift. I can press about 1,000 but can only squat with free weights about 375///

Oh, and I have the highest PI percentage at my school. 5.5......

So yea. Football makes you strong.

My instructor tells me not to do squats yet because it stunts growth.

    And what's PI?
