Your friend is right since true berries contain a lot of both vitamin C AND antioxidants. True berries are blueberries, currants, cranberries, and gooseberries. Things like that. But believe it or not grapes and tomatoes are true berries as well.

Blueberries and Cranberries are both berries, and taste pretty good

Blackberries are not true berries It's an aggregate fruit. I paid attention too much to AP Bio >_<

Cherries, most definitely. Those ones that you put on Ice Cream, Maraschino Cherries, those are the best, the normal ones with seeds are delicious too.

I'd choose pinapple, but it isn't an option. Next to pineapples, grapes are pretty much the best fruit to exist.
