Is NBC desperate for ratings or do you think they can pull off a Superhero show? It looks promising I guess. Its basically one power superheros. One guy can paint the future when hes high. Hmm.

The characters seem cool enough, but what I'm worried about is the plot. To me, NBC hasn't done a good job airing good plot shows. Thats only my opinion.

Heroes comes out September something. Around the same time Smallville comes back I think.

What do you guys think about it?

The pilot leaked online. It was pretty good. Starting September 1, Heroes is free on iTunes as well. It still has a lot of work ahead of it though. They're going to need to find a way to connect all these "Heroes" though because all of them don't know each other yet and are all around the world. Still, it has potential. Reminds me of a young X-Men.

Isn't this show produced by the same producers as Lost? I saw a commercial and it looks pretty good.

Lost is set to end soon, so yes. Anywho, in my personal opinion, the show looks potentially good, and not lame either. My Name Is Earl has been an impressive series for NBC, and I think this might help bring them a step up with an action series.

The producers want to end Lost after 4-5 seasons max, but seeing as it's one of the strong points for ABC, they'll probably run it longer. Though Lost would be better suited to end in a few years than have more prolonged and extended stories. The problem with Heroes so far is that all the Heroes won't be meeting up anytime soon. We'll just see them interact with the ones closest to them for a while. Part of the show will take place in Japan where one character is introduced. While the others are scattered all around.

That's the build up, though. By the end of season 1, everything will pick up on pace, and then a good plot will be insured in season 2. That's just how you market it.

I'll probably watch Heroes when it premires just to see if it is a good show. It looks like it has some potential(not much, sadly).
