just a question when do private member applications open?

Most likely at the end of the month.
Edit: by the way you haven't been active, throughout your ti'me here at all. We like our private members to be contributors to the board.

private member access isnt just so you can get more programs.
You have to be here at least 2 months.

AND you have to give a reason for accessing private member.

I dont think "I want programs" would be a good reason

I believe that many people who ask about joining as a Private Member are just intrested in the programs. Ill admit, when I first joined I didn't plan on EVER posting at all then I posted my first ti'me in the New Members section and from then I just... got hooked on, and I don't even cheat though. I love this community.
