I hate it dry.gif the class is SOOOOOO BORING! I have my first driver-instructor driving in about 2 hours. I'm a bit nervous, but I'll hopefully do fine...hopefully tongue.gif

Discuss your driver's ed experiences or opinions (classes and/or driving lessons)

You mean in school? Or actual driving lessons? Classes=Boring. I had a cool friend who would take all the notes for me, and let me sleep.

Lessons=Boring/Irritating. I hated my teacher oh so much. Have to do final driving lessons with him soon too, to get my license in december.

I took a 4 day course over the summer, so it was pretty much like skool, it was 6 hours a day. But it was worth it, instead of going to like 10 classes over the weekends. smile.gif

I didn't have to take the class, lucky me. I just got to take the test one day...Didn't really have to study either.

    The test is so easy.

I.. HATED... Drivers ed. It was a huge, huge waste of my time sad.gif The driving part wasn't, but the part where I was sitting in a classroom for two hours at a time certainly was >_<

Just got done with my first driver-instructor course. I'm still alive! tongue.gif I'm horrible at turning. He told me to turn the wheel 2 times...on EVERY turn. Messed me up really badly. I'll hopefully get better though.

I have class 2 hours a day on Tues, Wed, and Thurs. That's why I've been so inactive(like a post or two a day). The class I could definitely do without, but the driving I actually need.

Don't be nervous! It's such an easy class. I had it almost a year ago. I should be getting my license around January!!! I can't wait. biggrin.gif

Drivers Ed in the summer isn't too bad, sure the classes are longer, but the days are shorter. tongue.gif

And don't be nervous driving...it only makes it worse. Plus, I think your driving instructor would be more nervous. All they can do is brake.

    Good luck!

    I can drive. I luff it. happy.gif

But it does come at a price. sad.gif Our driving age requirement is higher.

Classroom lessons aren't any fun. I had them all Saturday for three weeks. The road sessions are quite helpful on the other hand, having someone pick apart your mistakes helps from developing poor habits.
