Not that much. Dogs/cats eat more. We usually feed ours less then an ounce of pellets.

wow, it got really big. When I saw this topic I thought it was recent, thankfully I just read the last page . I once had a tortoise my grandfather gave me, but I had to give it away for my maid. I remember that she said that he was really big after a while. Had crabs to, I remember that I bought them in another state while visiting my grandmother and had to go with them in the car. In a certain point the cage they were felt on the ground while we were going to eat something, I remember also that we had to run to catch them before they went for the cars, lol. They actually survived for some months, but then just... died D:. My grandmother(the same that lived in another state) had two turtles, but I think they died a long time ago ;-;
