i like the concept of this very much but the text dose not fit too well

I agree with kyt - text doesnt go too well, and in my somewhat kinky eyes, it looks like he's strung up even though that's just a shuriken in his mouth, it looks like something completely different to me.

Color is a bit too light for Sasuke's personality though. A step up from the blue on his shirt would be a good start.

Disregarding the fact that this show is an insult to all anime, I would say your signature is fairly nice. The concept of the larger face behind him is good. You didn't screw up resizing the render, which most people tend to do, and the "Sasuke" lettering is really nice. However, the colors are way to bland and boring, and the signature itself is somewhat empty.
