yeah, i can definately see where ur comin from about the anger.

i get into fights more common than others, because i don't tend to back down or take shit from other people. i won't ever start something, but if someone thinks they're funny or smart by hitting me for no reason or something dumb, i'll be sure to give it to tem.

i have a punchingbag in my house, it really relieves all of my angst and frustration..because i too sometime worry about doing soemthing that i may regret in the future due to my personality

best of luck to ya, and if that guy messes with you again i hope you brake his nose smile.gif

Yea, people like that piss me off. I hit them whenever I get a chance (like during sports).

I don't think I have any rage. I'm waaaaay too laid back to have anything like that, although I can get pretty angry, and do bad stuff out of spite. XD

but generally I'm just pretty mellow. smile1.gif

I just get a safety buzz before I start a fight. That way you have an excuse later on.

Don't hold all that shit in. It's bad for you. Break a chair over his head or something.

Or better yet, hit him hard square in both his kidneys.

Dont have to be strong to do that.

blink.gif I would have kicked his ass in the locker room, and it's impossible to all out sprint for an hour... even a half hour blink.gif

But honestly, the guy is an asshole, and you should fix him.

It's impossible - he's obviously got a great deal of endurance and a large stride, or your definition of sprint is somewhat miniscule. Not even a cheetah can sprint for anything as long as that, and they're naturally built to do so.

Gah. I cant believe I read all of that. Shows I have nothing better to do. >_>

' followed directly by slapping myself in the face because they wouldn't slap me '

You told me about that .. a hundred years ago. o.O

But uh, if you're alright with fighting dirty .. you should go get some peper spray, wear pointy, hard shoes, and when the fight comes .. give him some peper spray and a pretty little kick to the groin, or vice versa, and then run away. And maybe give him a few kicks when he's on the floor.
    -cough-
Just don't over due it on the spraying. He might go blind .. and you don't want to be sued or anything. o.o
And lovely to hear about your girlfriend, codeh wodeh. -nodnod-

The rage thing is a common issue. Too many people let it build up over time and then look like a psychopath when they let it loose (I kind of really messed someones face up at the beginning of school for example xD). Find a way to get out your aggression tongue.gif

I don't think I've ever had any rage built up to that point in a long time..

Last I can think of was 3 years ago, when I finally hit my breaking point after being led on and manipulated by a girl for a long period of time... I don't remember much, but apparently it's the reason I have 6 holes in my bedroom wall now.

The time before that, I ended up tackling a kid and breaking his arm.

Honestly, anymore, I tend to have mental breakdowns that last for about 35-40 minutes, late at night when I'm stressed. Haven't had one in a few weeks, though, so it's all good smile.gif

Jogging at a steady pace for 30 mins is really easy. If you start mixing up the pace it becomes more difficult. But I wont believe sprinting for an hour straight.

Way to edit your post speaker tongue.gif And yes 60 minutes is not out of the question either.

Cara: Exactly my point. There's no rules in fighting outside the ring, so why not do it before someone else does it to you?

And there's much better things than pepper spray. I believe I have a canister of white phosphorus lying around somewhere..

i dont really like fighting, not because im weak I just dont see the point of fighting over stupifd things like a football match or something. if its serious though i would fight.

also i take my anger out on my wall by punching it, punching a bag of ice works well as well. makes your pucnhes stronger as well
