Anyway, since I got my actual license on Tuesday, my parents have hinted at the fact that they're buying me a car. Which is good, you know, since they've pretty much not bought me anything in over eight years (Christmas gifts aside, and I don't get much for Christmas either). I'm one of two seventeen year olds in my whole city that doesn't have a car, unless they've wrecked it (which a few have, so I didn't count them).

So far, they haven't given me a price range, a type of car, a brand, nothing. So, naturally, my suggestions have been off the wall.

Chrysler Crossfire
Mazda RX-8 Coupe
Mazda Miata X-3
Pontiac Solstice
Audi A4 (convertible)
Jaguar XK- Convertible

Naturally, I don't think I'll get any of these. But I'm really driving home the RX-8. My god, I'd be happy with that. More so than anything on there but the jag (which isn't an option; 90k needs to go towards an education, not a car) and I think they might actually go for it if I offer to pay for some of it.

No, I mean, I wrecked up 3 cars after I got my license before I even bought the Durango, because I'm confident I won't bark up a car as badly. Insurance bills are a bitch, though.
