Could we maybe up it to 150x150 for the max?

I'm against raising the avatar size, but that's a pretty neat avatar you got there.

He doesn't want other avatars intimidating his cup of coffee tongue.gif

    No offense to Java tongue.gif.

Increased avatar size wouldn't cause anything bad, it won't stretch out the posts or take up that much more bandwidth since lots of people use imageshack or something else so I don't really see why not

I don't really find a need for bigger avatars. I think they will start to become too big once we increase the size too much. By the way, a thread was made about this a while ago:

It looks much better as a 140x140
There's no harm in increasing the avatar sizes.

Apparently there is, else the rule wouldn't be there in the first place now would it?

Never been any problems with avatar size in the couple of years i've been a resident at Codex, there's no point starting something about it now. It's not broken, so don't fix it.

If we increase the avatar size to 150x150 or 140x140 it would be awesome I would be able to upload my chains wich look shitty as 100x100... dry.gif

Well your avatar doesn't even show up Euph it's just a box with an [x] so I can see why you wouldn't care.

I shouldn't have an avatar. Thanks for pointing that out.

And if you scale things properly, they look just as good (if not better) scaled.
