"usually it takes a couple of weeks for them to respond to emails"

More like: On the VERY VERY VERY odd time they respond within a couple of weeks. But usually it takes about a year.

I'm gonna call them right now and see if I can get my account backkk.

I'll post my results. I'm calling the number 1-818-551-4338.

Lady: Good afternoon, Neopets.

Me: Hi. I'm calling to talk to whoever manages accounts.

Her: Oh I'm sorry, there's no customer service over the telephone.

Me: Oh I'm sorry.

Her: That's okay. Bye.

Me: Bye.

Wowww. that's stupid. sad.gif

I don't think calling them will doing anything. They will most likely feed you "You must use the unfreeze submission form" BS.

    LOL haha.

I would. but considering I don't live in Cali...

I don't feel like flying there just to get an account back. xD

Oh well. Time for me to quit anyways. o.o

I wonder if there are like..

Auto dialers that you can set up on your computer and then hide behind a proxy or something. xDD

And then use a VoIP service like Skype or Vonage...

    We should try that.

Except we'd probably get in trouble with the law...

'Cause wouldn't that be like...continued harassment? xD
