I like them equally but I do prefer Slipknot well their older stuff the newer stuff isnt so great anything from Subliminal Verses pretty much sucks. Disturbed was good at ozzfest but were getting boring from playing so long.

firstly with that point, i just generally think its wrong. I dont find them depressing at all. definitely not suicide music. if you want suicidal there is a song called cut my wrists and black my eyes (by hawthorn heights whor are emo)

since when has metal=emo? not sure if you were being serious, or just stupid...
i like slipknot, only their heavy metal stuff. i don't like their nu-metal songs, they tend to have a lot more nasty accoustic sounding songs in em. i bought their last album pulse of the maggots when it was released and was honestly somewhat disappointed..previous albums were way better
i prefer slipknot, and guaranteed if you go to a live show..you'll probably have a way better time at a slipknot show..if you manage to stay alive
