She's pretty, but the thing is while she may be 15, she very much looks like a child and not something you should be even thinking about having sex with. No building of a relationship, absolutely nothing, no love involved so to me that would be wrong. And also define pedophilia. Everyone has a different definition. If you are a man or a woman having a sexual relationship with what most would call a child, yes, that's wrong in my opinion. People who have barely reached sexual maturity should not be involved in any type of sexual relationship and in most cases it can even be psychologically damaging to the child involved.

Since I'd be 15, but we'd say have a long relationship, be in love and all that crap, we finally had sex. Are you a peadophile in my eyes? No, but in the eyes of the law, you'd be sentence to jail, wouldn't be allowed to work with kids and be shunned by alot of people. Nononono... that kind of "pedophilia" is quite, quite different. In fact my relationship with Brkn was say... illegal for a bit. What I meant by the no love involved, I meant say... if it was a 10 year old girl? Where I don't see much sexual gain so she better have a damn good personality for me to even stop questioning it. But yes, I don't consider what you're talking about pedophilia at all. Pedophilia is as far as I'm concerned when a man or woman is only attracted to pre-pubescent children, catch my drift? It's an actual psychological problem where a person is not attracted to a devoped woman but instead children. Sorta like that guy on Sin City if you've seen that.

I do agree with you on your stance, so let's get that straight. I understand why the law is that way and it's to protect people from being taken advantage of but the problem is the age. Weeeeeeeeell... the way I think about it is that you know... if you're not harming anyone, who cares? But several psychologists and even in my psych classes... it has been confirmed that very early exposure to sex can cause trauma to the child and I have seen it happen to a relative of mine. He was molested at about 8 by one of his mom's friends and then he grew up extremely troubled and ended up repeated the cycle and molesting a young girl and now he's in jail. Sure, the child may consent but the question is... do they know what they're getting into?

It's kinda like those people into sex slaves so they kidnap and sell them. It's hurting someone else soooooooooo therefore... not a good thing.
