maybe if you give more info about it, someone might be able to help you.... But I can't help cause I'm no good at this stuff...

Firstly you need to Have the Neocodex Check. Which can be found on the download section of neocodex.
If you still cant manage to work out the problem check out this topic.

You talking about padora's refresher? Whenever I push clear log it gives me that error... If that's what your talking about the answer is don't clear the log. But yeah, next time try and give up what program and if you have installed the proper Codex software.

I fixed the refresher problem and re-submitted. Just waiting for Shadow to fix re-approve it.
