Water, I strongly doubt that. I know most of our Privates+ aren't that interested in Neopets. Maybe coming to Codex was originally for the programs but making Private wasn't (Although as Bettster said it's still incentive)

Bettster, some people are like that. I think Hydro had a name for it but I forgot it and I don't feel like looking it up

Yeah, I have read a lot of the stuff about the site and how the level of activity wants to raised instead of it just being a program site, but more of an active community.

. Most people who are active enough to even be considered for private generally are just sick of seeing their name bright red when they won't pretty pale blue . Rarely for the programs. But I know you've already had this pointed out to you.#29

Well, theres Blade's AB, SuBuyer, Snakes' AB, AeroBuyer, and like 3 more but I don't know the rest.
