You weren't already inactive? lol
@Tauriel I'm always around. Lurking. In the shadows. *shifty eyes*
Good luck with the surgery! What is it for, if you mind telling?
@Swarley , I've got a Gall Bladder problem and 2 pretty large Gall Stones. Really excited to get it out, but frighteningly scared because I have a horrible phobia of doctors, dentists, hospitals.. Needles.. Blood.. Stitches, etc.. I just freak the f*** out. When I have my blood pressure tested I have to be taken outside and allowed to relax and listen to music for a few minutes, even then my readings are a bit high haha. Though I am mainly excited for the fact that I will be able to exercise and eat healthy stuff again. I was told to cut fat etc, like most people with gall stones/ gall bladder issues, but every time I went without much fats for a few days I'd have a crippling gall bladder attack. They eventually tested me out by taking blood tests etc and noticed that the gallbladder was less inflamed in the ultrasounds if I had more fats than less. The issue was more fats and no exercise due to pain = weight gain...
So I can't wait to eventually get back below 100kg. I'm 104kg now, which when I was weighed, was a lot less than I thought I was. My end goal weight is still 75, but I think below 90, will be the goal to first hit and attempt to stay at.
