I do like the current one you have because it does more stuff.

Find a common ground to place each frame of the animation on. Such as the feet. Make sure on each frame of the animation the feet are in the exactly the same place. Also stop resizing them, and making the quality go bad or whatever your doing. Pixel's should not look like that.
