Hey everyone tongue.gif. I just wanted to know how you guys are doing with the server load errors. Have you been getting a lot of them? I've been monitoring the server load averages and they dont seem to go high enough to give an error whenever I look.

It's good to hear that you guys haven't had one in a while. The obvious method of thinking is that if we restrict the server load to only go up so high and give an error otherwise is that the board will always give that error because our server load is so high. However, after you do a little more thinking into the subject, you will see that while the error is up, it allows the server to clear up its backlog and return to its normal fast rate. If we just stop our queries for a little while, we can let the server handle the previous queries and calm down before taking more queries rather than just add to the backlog and make the server go even more crazy smile.gif.

In short, nothing special has happened, but the server load restrictions are working the way they are supposed to be working. All in all, you get a much faster Neocodex smile.gif.

I've seen a few, but that's possibly because I constantly click the "NeoCodex" button on my bookmark toolbar on FF whenever I'm bored.. laugh.gif

I've had them for hours, though it randomly works occasionally for a few minutes.
