He's there so you can play Deadly Dice with hi'm. To get an avatar- keep playing Deadly Dice with hi'm until you get it. Unfortunately, you're risking the level of your Neopet.

If you like the avatar, and want to keep it, after you've got it, don't play Deadly Dice again- he can take it off you I think. And there are better ways to raise your pets level without the risk.

uh actually you must tie with hi'm then beat hi'm the next day or play hi'm the sam edya not sure but you must tie then beat hi'm

Yeh, when I got the avatar I tied with hi'm then he wanted to play again, for two pet levels- and I won- that's how I got the avatar. I wasn't sure if it was random or not though.

To level up your pet, visiting Coltzan's shrine might increase it (you have to go at a certain ti'me I think) or you can visit the Island Training School and pay in Codestones to have the level raised. And random eventy things someti'mes happen and they're all very wonderful and sparkly and make your pets look good.  :closedeyes:

lol.. kromme.. you lvl up your pets at the training school. It costs one codestone. my pet is level 18.

I sell codestones + let coltzan level up my pet

oh ... just to let all know about this. If you are playing to get the avatar, it is better for you to use at least a level 5 pet to play. This is because when you tied with it, you will asked to play for 2 levels or even 4 levels if you tied twice. If your pet is at a level lower than 5, even if you beat it after tie, you will only gain 1 level and without the avatar!
