This sucks...New Year's Eve and I have nothing to do! I was going to go to a friend's party, but instead he canceled the party and went up north to this nice hotel with his family...fuxing nub xD.

Discuss how it's New Year's Eve, and I'm sitting at the computer. Or discuss about how YOU have nothing to do

Doing nothing either.. just me and my computer.. I don't really mind, though. There was like 2 parties, but I don't feel like doing anything.. lately I've been really reserved. Oh well, I'm good.

Bah I'm in the same situ. The only friend I had left to lean on (all others were either doing family stuff or on holiday or with their bfs or w/e) got stuck babysitting her brothers until her parents came home, which could have been any time. Turns out it was late, so there was no point is going out sad.gif. Sucks.

I went to the fireworks with my 3 friends. But they left at the 9:30 one, and I had to stay until 12:30.

I just came back from a family party. All was pretty quiet; we caught up on matters, ate, and did a small prayer. I still have a hour and a half to go.

I went to the fireworks. They were right outside my friends house so we just walked down the road and watched the fifteen minute fireworks show. After that, me and a couple of other mates went to another friends house to stay the night. We counted down the New year just 4 of us tongue.gif. When it struck midnight we got out our phones and started texting laugh.gif
Anyway sorry to hear about all your peoples bad New years sad.gif

I was gonna go get drunk with my friend, but she went and hung out with her sister and brother-in-law. I didn't really want to go out with any of my other friends, so I decided to stay home. Since my dad has to work in the morning, he went to bed, and so did my mom and grandma. So I'm stuck hanging around on the computer, no alchohol, and nothing to do.

heck yes... at home there's nothing but drunk teenagers, fireworks and parties.

in japan, there was that traditional bell-ringing at the shrines, and kindness expresses freely by the community... I mean, if any of that were expressed at home, people would do nothing more than take advantage of it, so there would be nothing left, and then the kind people wouldn't be able to give anymore.

it really made me see the difference in the two societies D: the respect here is just wonderful. it's awesome.
