lol this thread is funny ... bak on topic ... if u lose weight by not eating u will gain more then next week ... then u will try to lose that again then u will be yo-yo dieting which is pretty bad too

just stick to a normal diet and it too weeks u will be bak to ur normal weight.

If you're looking at a week-long timeframe, there's obviously something important going on that you're willing to completely starve for...how do you get protein when you're doing a vegetarian diet? Personally, I'd see a meat-only diet as much more efficient.

I am eating some blackeye peas... they have protein...15.25g in one can....(I myself am almost vegetarian...)

Well, I don't know exactly, but here people can survive with only one bread or less per week, if you eat a lot, you would die in like 2 weeks, as they said, but if you bron and lived all your life having noting but a bread to share with 10 brothers per week, you would probably durate a month, not that I only eat a bread per week ¬¬ Im not poor, im alking about people that live in street, generally they have 10 kids
