It's an oldie song, the lyrics go

You're just too good to be true.
Can't take my eyes off you.
You'd be like Heaven to touch.
I wanna hold you so much.

I tried googling but multiple artists come up =/ Anyone? And I can't find it on LimeWire.

Heath Ledger sings that song in 10 Things I Hate About You . Love the song. It's also in Drop Dead Gorgeous.

No clue if giving you films the song has been in is any help at all, but it might get you a round about way to getting the song, they generally credit the original at the end of films, so it might be on their soundtrack or something? =S
