Very nice, I like the effects used and the simple border. The only thing i would suggest changing would be the height of the sig, it's not elongated enough for me heh.

It looks excellent, very nice effects and everything 
Only thing is there's something about the colors that doesn't quite go together there's a kinda greenish thing on the bottom middle and the green and red don't go together I guess, but thats just my personal taste

. And I know what you mean about the height, that bothered me too.
