The rule isn't going to be retrospective. However if you go up to 50% for example, I'm not sure quite what would happen, whether you'd start off at a 12 hour, or straight into a 4 day. I'm sure someone will come along and clarify though as I couldn't get hold of an admin
You could have let him be happy and not burst his bubble and nothing bad would have happened Also, the rule is not post-facto so any warns you have incurred do not get a suspension along with them.

(oh btw Hawk, I'm not, nor was I getting at you, you just happened bring it up, I was probably guilty of thinking similarly before I could see all that goes on haha)
Thanks for clearing that up.
It just seems like nothing really happens until:
A) A major event sparks it
---(Calum stirring shit up)
B) People complain about it
---(Like me complaining about Calum- I think banning of repeat offenders should be considered, especially with the old rules, Calum being suspended twice in such a short time is not a good thing)
C) The general population agrees with it
---(Closing registrations, demoting Priv, etc.)

Fair and just system but the time zones make it unfair. As i had to wait and extra 9 hours after the ban had finished in my country.

I guess this doesn't condone gravedigging. However, I guess that gives you extra time to appeal the warn.
