    Wtf...
    DVD's are up to 8 GB's.
Hence the reason for 8GB DVD-R's and 750 MB CD-R's....

DVDShrink. PWNZ. Free. Google for download of it. Can apply compression technology to DVD output (either raw files, or an ISO) to lower the size, while still maintaining excellent quality.

I definitely agree, I use DVDShrink for all of my DVDs. Works excellent, and if you have any security to get by, download AnyDVD. It will remove any security on the disk. smile.gif

(all free I think, maybe anydvd is shareware)

No need. Version 3.2 is the altest version of DVDShrink. DVDShrink can decode ANY DVD. Honestly. It has all the decoders. And due to market standardization, every DVD must play on v1 dvd players, meaning no new encryptions (for DVD) can, or will ever be made. So there will be no need to use anydvd. smile.gif

You totally own...program freaking rules. I just throw a disk in, back it up to iso and burn...amazing and no complications. Borat and the Departed both worked flawlessly so it definitely beats copywright protection.
