Alright,

I currently have 2 PayPal accounts. One has 15 USD while the other had nothing. What I need to do is send the 15 dollars on one of my accounts to my other PayPal account. Can someone walk me through this?

Buy something with the 15$ from the 0$ paypal account? (probably no help at all.)

Send Money > Input email of other PayPal > Input amount > Done.

No No, there is an easier way. Like in maplestory, if you buy NX cash from someone, they will send you a certain amount of money t o your PayPal, thats what I need to learn how to do.

Click the Send Funds/Money button.

Then fill out the forum using the e-mail from you other paypal account. Its very straight forward.

I went to there but then when the confirmation screen comes it says "Ship to: -My Address-" and then an option under it says "This account does not have a shipping address"

I do not want to ship the money to my house, I just need to send it to another PayPal account.

I think you are making it harder than it actually is. The way the others suggested should work fine. Just say there is nothing to be shipped and you are just sending some money.
