Lol, you're leaving because you got frozen? Why not stay and earn it back. What programs have you used and how much did you use them? You were probably running a crapload at once and surfing Neopets too.

There's an intricate strategy to using them.

Bleh, just start a new one and run programs 1 at a time... and be smart. I made 700k from 3k this week...

You have to careful with how many and how long you leave the programs on. It makes it very obvious to NeoPets. Everyone gets frozen once in a while, it's basically learning from your mistakes.

i can care less if I got frozen, just go and make another account then repeat, its not like I'm actually doing any work.

I'm sorry for your loss. I've been frozen recently too and it's not a good feeling to feel, especially with all the hard work you put into your account. It really sucks when you lose things you can never get back, like retired avatars and plot trophies/sidebars.

We take that risk when we run programs though. You really have no one to blame but yourself. We just have to make a new account and start all over.

This is assuming you cheated though. If you were legit, it sucks even more.

Try filling out a frozen form regardless and see if you get a response. Good luck!
