My mom watches this and she keeps saying it's really funny and wants me to watch it. Anyone here watch it, it's a british comedy... I think.

Keeping Up Appearances was appalling. It's about...15-16 years old now. It's about a ghastly woman called Hyacinth Bucket who was a self obsessed snob. It's not remotely funny!!

Hmmm I wonder why my mom likes it then so much. She cracks up everytime she thinks about it. Maybe British comedies are far ahead of American comedies. Or maybe it's my mom ><

This show used to be on YTV at 11 pm-it wasn't funny in the least I don't know why they would even air it.

As British comedy goes, Keeping up Appearances isn't exactly one of our best efforts...

I admit it's no 'Allo 'Allo but it's not THAT bad. Better than the vast majority of American 'comedies' ever created anyway.

If it's going on for 15-16 years now they must be doing SOMETHING right. Don't care that much for British comedy probably because I don't get it half the time.
